>>8296925>I wonder what they do with all that old product?According to some fat disinterested manager they would rather send items back than bother going through the trouble of putting stuff on clearance. I guess it's easier for them that way. They don't even have a clearance section.
Take for example this Bo Peep doll. Every freakin Target around the country marked it down from $100 to $50. I took it to a self scanner and got an error message. Took it up to the service desk where the lazy manager lady lurks, and she said "This item is not for sale anymore. It's no longer in our system." I told her every other Target put it on clearance about a month ago, but when I checked a month ago they still had it at full price. She said that they made more money by sending items back as "defective" once they are no longer in the system than by putting them on clearance, and took the doll away from me. She than ordered one of her minions to pull all the other Bo dolls off the shelf so she could send them back.
I waited a full year for that doll to go on clearance, and I was about to lose my shot at owning one due to some fat managers greed, and laziness. I knew I couldn't let that happen and took matters into my own hands. I ended up getting that Bo Peep doll for $20 that day, but that's another story.
