1999.co.jp (IIRC) and I paid maybe 15-20€ for him? And americans got even better deals, when Targets/Walmarts/whatevers well selling their remaining stock for like five bucks a nendo. Sadly, you are a bit late, and need to pay premium, if you still wish to complete the collection.
