>>9163691This is the protag, "Xenith". The general idea I had for him is kind of an inversion of John Carter. Instead of an earthling sent to Mars and turned champion warlord, he's a martian sent to Earth, a postapocalyptic Earth in the vein of Thundarr or Wizards. His steed (who's name I can never decide on) is one of the odd new forms of life which inhabit parts of the globe, and he's effectively part insect, part ankylosaurus, and part pangolin.
