I don't know how ToyWiz gets their products, but the fact they're selling Target exclusive figures makes me assume they buy them and then resell for a higher markup. Compare their prices to BBTS or Entertainment Earth who do get their figures straight from NECA.
If you're buying directly from Amazon/Target/Walmart you're paying MSRP. There's often a huge difference between buying from them directly or buying from a seller using their site.
