Units at the platoon level and above will be organized into sub-units; six squads in this particular battalion that would also be organized as two companies of three squads each within the greater command structure. Generally the squads are of equal composition - if the available troops don't quite work with this system, one or more of the squads will be designated reinforced and receive the additional men. This battalion's sixth squad (directly under the major's command) is such a reinforced squad, having the two extra bazookas, three riflemen and radio.
