I will also submit a side vote for Ricochet. Since I was a kid I specifically wanted a super articulated boxing kangaroo figure, and somewhat improbably, that's exactly what I got some ~15 years later. This mold is great fun, with much better range of motion than I was expecting. The little joey (who is apparently the one actually named Ricochet, the kangaroo is just his mech suit) can be stored away in the belly, and has rudimentary articulation himself. The boxing gloves and visor are also removable if you want a "plain" robot kangaroo.
The only downside is I remember the transformation being kind of too complex and fiddly to be fun. I say "remember" because I had a bad time with it the first time, and haven't transformed it since. It's truly amazing as a figure, but if you're looking for one that's fun to transform back and forth repeatedly, this might not be the one.
