There hasn't been anything to fill that void they left sadly. Also they didn't make any Godzilla friends/foes besides Mothra and Rodan.
Playmate usually have decent articulation, but they are pretty cheapy in terms of quality.
Super7's Ultimate line is too expensive. Super7's ReAction line is kind neat in that they feel like you can play with them. However, they are also a bit overpriced and don't have much articulation either.
Personally I love and collect the Bandai Movie Monster Series, but they usually don't have much articulation either.
