When there's a seller who's got a part that goes over maybe $15-$20 and they want $10 shipping when it weighs 1 oz and will ship just fine in a bubble mailer, I can't bring myself to buy it. but if I were to find someone who'd be willing to split the cost of a full figure to part out between us, that's another story. The jackets and bags are what I'm really after, and maybe a couple of heads and feet.
This is everything that I've got going at the moment. I still need to make a new socket for Luke's head and reshape the Star Wars hands that I've chopped up. After that is working out some sort of Jedi/Sith robes for the blind guy and figuring out what I want to do with the Zomb jumpsuit. Eventually what I'd like to do with one of these bodies is stitch together a suit for a custom Invincible, but the sewing is hard going since I only get about 4 hours free time a week and by that point I'm totally spent. I've also got a couple of bootleg Body-kuns that I'd like to turn into Madman and Mr. Miracle. But again, it's all so time-consuming that I've got to think of it as a long-term project.
