Indeed they do.

The only difference is the crotch plate of devastator tends to be solid and die cast on the yellow ones while the hulkie KOs tend to have a ball joint for no good reason.

Well, voyager or deluxe are the scale I have to go for unless I want tiny grimlock...

I also want to keep my wallet living with each dinobot, not spend $120+ each when my grimlock is a hollow KO of a warbotron kit.

did someone do some Dynobots in this scale? i'd be alright with a mix of machine and robot dino if that's an option.
