I've been sort of talking down about the Aerielbots all week. Calling them boring and samey (they are) but Superion makes up for it.
I'm not sure why I like him as much as I do.
Probably the head. I am a sucker for a visor and mouth plate.
The colour combination is sweet too.
The real achievement of this toy is the reinvention of Silverbolt's transformation. Flipping upside to have his shoulders become the hips is both simple and ingenious.
And that little extra flap that flips to cover the gap at Superion's navel is good too.
