After several hours of trying to hammer out pins and shaving off plastic to make things fit, I finally managed to swap the chest pieces between Siege and ER Megatron. Wound up breaking some of the Siege pieces because it turns out the plastic shreds like fucking wax on these things (nice quality Hasbro) but at least I had all of the pieces that I needed still intact to make this work. It actually still transforms too... mostly. I'm going to need to shave some more off the sides of the chest to make the treads actually fit enough to fully transform but it's enough of a proof of concept to keep working on instead of just throw it all in the trash. I'm undecided on switching the crotch but I know I'll have to if I want the legs to tab in in alt mode.
