Honestly just buy the waifu, it's not going to get cheaper. People drop buckets of money for newly released sets but as soon as someone tries to sell a single rare retired minifig secondhand for $20+ it is suddenly harder to justify for people.
Unless you just wanted to complain about prices. Yeah, cool rare things do tend to be expensive.
