It’s hard to tell what’s going on with the neck. I haven’t found a screenshot yet that has a good view of it, and I’m not familiar enough with the current retro Spidey that has similar torso jointing to tell if it’s the same mold. It would be nice if they moved to a double-barbell system like they have with SWBS.
The new “first appearance” Spidey appears to be an entirely new, softer mold with less detail, but it’s got the classic-style neck joint that I hate.
