>>8736199>>8736651>>8737048you guys are right, but I figured out it wasn't a lack of dots, they were just completely lacking in GIRTH. I had been loosely following the color plate, so most dots were accounted for in roughly the right spot, just my monkey modeling brain jumped right into chipping and fine detail mode. So since I had to do a 2nd coat anyway I just made the existing dots nice and GIRTHY. I think it looks better, and might even add some more GIRTH in spots, as well as finishing the rest of the model.
