China and Japan still have mail to order toy lines that you can only get though magazines and even big manufactures like Takara do things like that. This is not even touching the very lemonade stand like practices of selling your toys at shoe stores and rice shops. And again even big name brands do that like Good Smile company. This isn’t even so much a comparison of things as a disbelief how hard you are taking your own ignorance on the eastern toy market. There is a lot wrong in the west but much of the eastern market is a nightmare to collect and keep up with even if your brand isn’t obscure.
