I'm new to collecting so I font know how that stacks up to precedent and shrinkflation, but I think its only a little disappointing for the price. Renji does have a blameless hilt which goes into the sheatg though.
I would prefer paying another $20 for more accessories and even effects though. Byakuya not having anything is a crime.
