>>10420137PoC Storm Shadow maybe? You can remove the lower part of the jacket since it's just a separate piece that attaches over the waist. It's got a few extra details but the collar is popped and it comes in white (or mostly white depending on which version you get). You'd just need to replace the lower arms and dye his legs for the jeans look. There's also a Paris Pursuit version that has a better lower torso that finishes the jacket properly but it's got a more exaggerated collar area but both versions can be nabbed for pretty cheap.
