I know it can be done since their rubber is hard. I've seen some pretty cool results too.

This is actually what I'm interested in the most. I've read someone who said they could change the eye colors by slipping a minifig cape between the head and the mask but I can't find it anymore. I tried it once and it didn't work. Also, capes equal solid colors and I'm not fond of solid eye colors on my bonkles. Has anyone tried to paint a Inika head before? Did you use solid paints or something fancier?
