Siege has a more detailed and imo, better painted head. there's also more intricate shoulder and leg sculpting, but if you're anti-greeble, that would probably be a plus for you. netflix has silver paint on the insides of his knees which slightly ruins the iconic SW leg-look. Siege has this beautiful gold paint on the border of the tapedeck which has been replaced by this ugly ass fire engine yellow which really dominates your eye's attention. my biggest gripe is the panels that fold out to cover his feet in the altmode though. they're on a pretty tight hinge but the plastic is alarmingly thin at the joint, they feel like you could bend or break them under their own leverage. Siege also has a more interesting transformation, but to be fair the Netflix one has grown on me over the last 24 hours. they're both solid choices, you can't really go wrong; I just had a touch of buyer's remorse for spending $40 on a figure I effectively already owned.
