What we do is we ommit the "d" letter in informal speech so words like "estacionado" are pronounced "estaciona'o", i know this is the case in other spanish speaking countries but dont know if it is as wide spread as in here but i guess it's not since all the foreigners i've met in the last decade pronounce the words correctly, unless its some of the swear words they've picked up from living here.
