1) it's a COOL car and kids will have a blast (hell even i kinda want to...you know... "wroom wroommm" it)
2) it's a part from a Old Man Logan story when they using SpiderCar to escape from Venom T-rex. So its kinda "that part but in lego"
3) even logically - it's a DESERT. spiderman cant fly around it because there is no tall things like scyscrappers and a fast spiderbuggy/truck is a perfect thing to use
Lego does a lot of "what the fuck" playsets but this is one of the most logical of them
