if the description is correct, "Ranger Puffer" falls between Voyagers G2 Megatron and G2 Sandstorm range for weight, which would presume a voyager class figure
it's also $77 where sandstorm is $80.45, while G2 megs is $56.73
dimension wise its width of 15.2cm and depth of 6.4cm match SS deluxe Jazz when measured in hand, but Jazz's site description dimensions are about 3cm too tall
Ranger Puffer's supposed height 30.5cm would be 6.4cm taller than a SS Voyager box like Hot Rod, taller even than a leader class
the selects dominus 2 pack lands the closest in dimensions but even then its 5cm wider
so I have no real idea what the hell this guy is. the codename would lead me to believe it's Rodimus Prime but the stats don't support this, at 25%the weight of sky-lynx, 73% the weight of leader optimus but at the same initial as leader beast megatron
