I have that doll, and almost ever single Rainbow High doll released and I've never bumped into anything like this. The worst I've ever had happen is having one of the hand break off while gently trying to take it off to dress the doll easier. It just broke off leaving the peg stuck inside the arm hole, and the hand joint cracked. It was really tricky to fix it, and it's still broken so I can't remove or move the hand too much without risking it coming off again
