Joints are shit, yeah. The joints themselves are quite weak in strength because of the small pin (meaning the main rotation you use the bend the elbows, knees...), and the connection to the bone pieces is either kinda loose or way too tight/stuck (meaning the "swivel" function; though since most of the pieces have another redundant swivel function at the other end of the bone it's rare that both are stuck). Some of the joints may have a bit of misalignment, making it impossible to pose them straight, too.
It's a nice figure, and it can move and hold a pose but you have to accept that the poses might look... undead-ish and inhuman, which may not be a problem since it's an undead skeleton after all. Forget about making it hold heavy objects as well; it's just strong enough to hold its light weight
