Next was Bonecrusher. He was the only one who posed any real difficulty, because the bulldozer blades are pinned to a panel which is in turn pinned to the purple forearms. Thankfully they were not difficult to pop off from the back with a push from a small hex screwdriver. After swapping out the forearms, I just reattached them using some little flat head black screws I had laying around, and the difference is unnoticeable.
Frustratingly, the panel the head sits on is attached by one of those one-way locking anchors, and you're forced to disassemble the ENTIRE figure to get to it.
