Really none of the turtle clones were entirely 1 to 1 knock offs aside from maybe the cheetahmen. they all took the anthropomorphic hero premise and tacked on different gimmicks. If you ask me though Id argue Street Sharks was one of the more succuessful cash in/copycats of the day, especially considering the number of street shark bootlegs that exist (pic related is the ocean warriors collection). The only other turtle clone franchise I know of that got bootlegs were the biker mice from mars.
