Apparently I cancelled over several thousands of dollars of orders and they not only cancelled my last order (just before sending my warning) but suspended me until I replied back.
So yeah, don't hit pre-order on all the keychains and then cancel them...ok that wasn't what i cancelled but there was alot of them
Also to add, nippon yassan does, but the first time I ever asked they spoke to me like amiami does ie you're not supposed to, funnily enough second time they did the request but replied back in...french, google couldn't translate it but I was happy to dodge $500+ of optimus prime (ironically the last hlj pre-order I made before they pulled me up, guess they knew)
