The head is very paint friendly. The eyes you can just touch with some watered down black and it fill itself. If has a dot molded in also so you know where to hit it with white.
The eye whites and hair are grey white while the edge highlights on the eyebrow and hair is regular white.
For the lips and the shaded parts of the face, I mixed my skin tone on my palette with a small amount of the black and watered it down.
You could probably mix the flesh with some red for the lips instead, I just got lazy. You could also mix the flesh with white for lighter areas like the nose but I opted not to.
