Honestly, I can't see this line succeeding. None of the characters are recognizable to the general public. Hasbro jewed out on the articulation & molded clothes crap. And they're expensive for what you get.
I see what Hasbro is trying to do, to make an alternative doll line to DC Super Hero Girls. But that line had QUALITY dolls right from the start. It also had a freshness & optimism that I just don't see in these Marvel dolls. It probably helped the DCSHG universe was it's own little canon where all the girls went to school together. These Marvel dolls seem to oddly obsessed to be in canon with the main MU. That's problematic, because you can't have fun stuff like a teen Spiderman doll or the aforementioned adult female superheroes. And Hasbro should be prepared to answer the question "Why is Captain America black?" over & over & over again.
The whole thing smells like Forces of Destiny redux.
