>>8988466It's a decent kaiju movie and I've enjoyed it even since I was a kid. It's certainly got some big flaws. I think my biggest issue with the movie itself is actually just the characterization/abilities of Godzilla. If the movie portrayed Godzilla more like the cartoon did(give him better durability, atomic breath, a little more character) I think overall the movie would've been less-derided. Well, that and not just killing Godzilla outright with some missiles.
