for instance in pic related, there is a batman and batgirl torso, but no cowl for either, wildstyle's pants but not the rest of wildstyle. a skeleton with no arms but an extra 3 legs, a torsoless patrick, a headless minecraft zombie
I'm pretty sure this is fairly common, despite this being my first time buying this much lego
