After a tough battle, the KND are knocked down. In an act of self-defense, the Inklings assume a human form and adapt their weapon handling thus defeating Bowser Jr. After that, the KND commissions Inkling boy and girl into their ranks and everyone goes back to base. They then discover that the treehouse has been taken over by a fat, racoon-masked kid and his super friends.
>Side storySora is an ordinary delivery boy who dreams to travel the world, and is saving munny to make that happen. However, he recently starts having lucid dreams about assembling a group of previously disbanded heroes, and saving the world with them. He later wakes up in a shadowy world fighting shadow monsters to save the soul of Stitch, who is one of the fallen heroes. With Sora's destiny realized, he is then transported to Sheriff Woody's old western town to find it overrun by one of Dr. Eggman's robots
