So it would be legal enough to go and say "we are going to send some neca figures on this boxes, oh look, a 7" version of the turtle, only for subscription", and they avoid the retailers anger?
like i dont know, paying $30 for some random neca figure, and some day it could be some "ilegal" figures sneaking up....
or im thinking it all wrong?
