The 1x1 plates with clips where the fingers of those larger figures are attached to are normally sandwiched inbetween other parts to make them more secure but on this set they're just slapped onto a plate and nothing else - hell, they didn't even use one of the 1x2 dual clip ones for more clutch power.
Meanwhile the guy who built that one put the triangle tile on top to secure at least two of the clips.
