Just say it for what it is.
It's way more informative to just say it's 1/13 or 1/14 scale, because it gives everyone else an idea as to how it'll compare to the rest of your collection.
No one wants to buy a figure that says it's 1/12 and then finding out it's going to tower over everyone else, despite the character being a manlet or vice versa in the case of Sentinel's Chief.
