Our 1/6 ones are stocky little kids with big heads, yours are basically small adults.
Same for 1/3, they are pretty big dolls with big heads.
A standard 1/3 doll is 60-65cm long (60cm = roughly 23inch) with a usual head circumference of 8-9 inch or 9-10inch.
