There's characters like shrimp louie, the sewer mutants, the alien dragons, Spittor, Zeus, and Apollo which never saw any merch period. Stranger still is that the "Evil Draxx" figure exclusive to the toyline was clearly the inspiration for the alien that played a role in Manta Man's creation but they didnt even use the Draxx name. Despite how much I enjoy the ancient aliens approach to the introduction of the raptors, I think the Draxx figure should have been introduced as Dr Bolton mutant form at the end of the day.
