The cartoon Turtles figures have been sold in two packs for around $50 each. That's somewhat reasonable, but why they're so expensive is because distribution is pretty crappy, and there's a ton of scalpers that have been poaching Neca (along with other properties) just to flip on ebay.
Take a look at what this fucker did; buy the set, take Slinter out, then cut up the package and return Baxter. I'm honestly impressed, Usually, they just swap in a crappy older figure and return it.
