No personal experience with them aside from having to buy their Poseidon due to my Bandai one breaking, and the JModel objectively looks worse in all areas except for the Cloth parts. Generally, it's actually easier for them to KO the metal parts than the plastic parts like the faces and hair.
I'd recommend getting a can of matte spray or something to get rid of the plastic look.
Apparently they're making a Balrog Lune and these facesculpts actually look to be pretty decent quality, assuming the final product will still look like this. Still inaccurate, especially with Lune having a huge Yaoi chin (to go with his huge Yaoi hands, I guess).
Did Lune always have such huge forearms?
