I participated in 2020 and last year's Secret Santa. Lo and behold my giftee last year is our man in question. Since I bought the BRS figma lot off of him I knew who he was. I get his list and hunt down and buy him everything he asks for, funny enough this includes a spawn figure I got him a mk 11 one. I buy him 3 kinds of snacks including chocolate, beef jerky, and candied peanuts. I wait forever for the go-ahead to ship. I ship it right out and wait for the post to show that he got my gift and thank me. I wait and wait and wait and wait and it never comes. He never posts a pic of what I got him and more importantly he never thanks me. It may be petty and some may argue that he wasn't obligated to, I probably wouldn't argue the point. But for real I spent almost 400 dollars on the man I don't think posting a pic of my efforts and a thank you is very much to ask. Kinda soured me on the whole thing. I checked back every day for a month and a half for just a small shred of gratitude to make it all worth while and nothing.
