Part of what makes the way most of people in that bracket of MC so fun is all the modding and customizing content, and unless LEGO is willing to put out MC maid figures or something else that doesn't exist in vanilla MC (Archimedes ships immediately comes to mind), there really isn't much more they can do with the theme.
