They have similar level of articulation, but the designs are different. Starscream got double jointed shoulders where no one else got it. Shockwave has the most range of movement. Both prime and mega can only forward their legs up to 45°. No pinned joint. They are all on friction joint like core class figure. But they do hold their position if not a tad loose.
Smaller than I thought. And the general quality is lower than that blokees.
But checking the price
