From what I hear, others wish its scaled with PAKs so they could go along together. Thinking about it now, maybe this new Shin line is the reason for less PAK releases, SE was slowly moving away from PAKs so SE can unveil this new line

Win-win scenario for SE as they can release Cloud and co. again in this new Play Arts Shin line which I am expecting to be more expensive than PAK(would be happy to be wrong though)
