The only plane that had anything close to 747 was 90s space shuttle cargo plane which obviously had no upper deck but it was inspired by real 747 used to carry space shuttle. And while it was inspired by 747, it did not look like one at all. BTW this was the biggest classic 4 wide plane LEGO ever released.
