He makes me think of Conan's friend Zula from the cartoon. I usually use the "savage" He-Man idea when I make displays and play scenarios, you could use King Grayskull as another member of He-Man's tribe, or of tribe they're friends or rivals with. Or just put his head on Clamp Champ or Sun Man's body, that'd be cool
