Bootleg Parform Rei finally showed up.
First, let me just say that I’ve never owned a Parform, nor did I really do any research into how their articulation works, so it took a few seconds to realize the differences with a Figma’s articulation points and such. That being said, the figure’s range of motion is still below figmas of waifufigs (hip joints fixed with ball sockets as opposed to the hip joints used in figmas was a minor let down). For this bootleg, joints are loose and it can’t support itself without the stand (which is also loose and needs the screws tightened). Paint apps are sloppy (see the next several pics below) and mold imperfections are par for the course with a bootleg. Still, I got it because I’m a Rei-fag, and I think it’s a cute display piece. For $25 shipped I’m not disappointed.
