Do you have healthy bms? By bm I mean bowel movement. They are quite crucial for over all health, almost as important as properly hydrating and eating a balanced diet. I hope you don't eat alot of frozen foods, veggies and fruit are fine, I'm talking about nuggets and fish sticks and pizza rolls. If it won't go bad in a few days or so I try not to eat it. What do you like for lunch? I like a small wrap and salad ( I'm a smaller guy) but I won't turn down a lunchable. I like the 3rd party branded lunchables.
