I've just purchased pic related, it's the Revell Cylon Centurion kit from Battlestar Galactica. It's skill level 3 with lots of intricate parts so before I get started I wanted to ask - are there any lighting kits for the eye?
In the tv show the Cylons always had a red eye constantly moving from left to right and back again, kind of like a strobe effect. If it's at all possible I'd like to try and recreate it.
I don't mind if it's an official kit or if it's 3rd party or even if it's something I'd have to cobble together from an assemblage of parts - I've got some experience soldering LEDs and fibreoptics. If anybody could offer some advice or point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful. Thanks in advance.
