>>5441555No durability issues and no clear coat. I use Folk Art and Apple Barrel as well, but only as part of the mixture to get the right color. I make sure 50% or more of each mixture uses Tamiya acrylics.
In cases of paint in hip or shoulder joints, I make sure the paint has set for a month or more before assembly. The Tamiya stuff usually sets rock hard if you give it plenty of time.
I thin the paints with tap water cause it's cheap and easy to work with that way.
