>>9826437To be fair, the diagrams did show that only the torso fits into the cavity.
>>9826376>And they're also 7 inch scale vendorsThey're a collector line though, and 7" scale has been the mainstay for collector lines since the 00s. Diamond, DC Direct, Mezco, NECA, etc etc have been making 7" figures for a very long time, setting a precedent and expectation.
And honestly, who cares. It's very easy for me to blow off everything they make, because they offer nothing that i actually want. Mostly nostalgiafag shit, but its really lame nostalgiafag shit where they hold true to the original designs. I don't want my GI Joes to look like 5PoA shit or look exactly like a cartoony 80s cartoon. Same way with the TMNT figures, where they look nothing like the cartoon or comics i loved.
It's hard when a company DOES make something i like and it's not in a scale i enjoy. McFarlane releases absolutely quality stuff, but it's hard for me to buy anything because it doesn't fit with the rest of my collection. IF they had made 6" figures, i'd be buying a new McFarlane figure every single week. 7"? Only my favorites or designs where they could be any size, like the Space Marines, demons, or robot gorillas.
So on the bright side, i save money, to be put into my other hobbies, and i save limited space toward action figures i actually enjoy, instead of just have a passing interest.
